Weekday Rates (Sun. - Thurs.; includes Continental Breakfast):

Rebecca Lynne: $100 per night, up to double occupancy. $20 for extra person. (max $120*)
Benjamin Isaac: $100 per night, up to double occupancy. $20 for each extra person. (max $140**)
Zachary Edwin: $90 per night, up to double occupancy. $20 for extra person. (max $110*)
Elizabeth Melissa: $90 per night, up to double occupancy.

Weekend Rates (Fri. - Sat.; includes Full Breakfast):

Effective May 1 - October 1 Two Night Minimum Stay

Rebecca Lynne: $125 per night, up to double occupancy. $25 for extra person. (max $150*)
Benjamin Isaac: $125 per night, up to double occupancy. $25 for each extra person. (max $175**)
Zachary Edwin: $100 per night, up to double occupancy. $25 for extra person. (max $125*)
Elizabeth Melissa: $100 per night, up to double occupancy.

Family and Friends Plan: The Zachary Edwin and the Elizabeth Melissa have a common bathroom in the hall, which makes it ideal for family or friends traveling together to save money. A 10% discount will be given to reservations of both rooms together. (Except Hall of Fame Week)

Cyclists Special: Within a mile of the Erie Canal Bike Path, we participate in a discount program initiated by the Empire State Bed and Breakfast Association offering 10% off to mid-week cyclists (Mon.- Thurs. Except Hall of Fame Week))

* The Rebecca Lynne and Zachary Edwin can accommodate a third person.
**The Benjamin Isaac can accommodate a third and fourth person as it is a double room mini-suite with three beds.

• Check-In: Begins at 4:00 PM unless otherwise arranged.

• Check-Out: Prior to 11:00 AM

• Smoking: A White Rose is a non-smoking facility, however, guests may step outside when necessary.

• Children: Children are welcome to stay, but not to destroy. Crib available.

• Pets: No pets allowed at this time.

• Deposit: Credit Card (MasterCard accepted, VISA preferred), or 50% deposit by check to hold a reservation is required within 7 days of booking the reservation.

• Payment: Cash, check or credit card (Visa preferred, but also accepting MasterCard).

• Cancellations: If a reservation is canceled with more than 7 days notice, the deposit less 10% of the total charge of the stay will be refunded unless the room(s) are reserved to another party, at which time full refund will be granted. Cancellations within 7 days of stay forfeit 25 % of total charge regardless of rebooking.
